Overall they're basic coupon regulations. I don't like the one that says if you receive a coupon that says "for free" you can't cash in on it, but other than that. They seem like regular rules & regulations.

@Scott, I don't see why you can't use a coupon on the one you're buying. They are making it easy for Walmart to come back. Happy Couponing Scott.
