I didn't know I could still get my RR if the product wasn't in stock! Why didn't anyone tell me this? I went today looking for the Veripur sanitizer and at the 2nd store I went to the manager( I'm guessing that's who it was) said they didn't have any more in stock but she could give me the RR and I could have a raincheck to pick up the Veripur when they restocked.

They put in the sku number(I'm guessing here) and it rung up on my receipt just as if they'd scanned the actual product. My RR popped out and I got my RC.

So how behind the times am I with this?
