Sneak Preview - TLC's EXTREME COUPONING: - Obssesive Compulsive Disorder - I THINK NOT

Note* I didn't appreciate the negative remarks made about couponers. When does saving money to be able to feed and clothe your family in a recession constitute as a obssesive compulsive disorder.

Unless you coupon, you would not know the accomplishment of acquiring 3000 rolls of toilet paper.

  1. yep 3000 tp would make me feel happy. I guess he hasn't gone with out before.

Why does couponing have to be called unhealthy? I'd say not having a plan and just letting stockpile stock and rot the illness.

  3. I would be very happy to have that amount of toilet paper in my house, but when it involves having to cancel a date with the hubby or a night out with the family now thats going a little overboard in my opinion.

  4. I haven't cancelled a date but I'm guilty of having hubby to stop off to get a deal before we get to our destination. (lol) He understands. He enjoys the benefits too.
    Happy couponing.

  5. It cooked my goose when they called out the therapist and he called couponing a hobby and compared it to going to civil war reenactments. Couponing is not a hobby it is a JOB !!! Hobbies require money and couponing brings in money. Instead of getting a check and then handing it to the grocers, department stores, and such to buy items I cut out the middlemen. Thank you very much.

  6. If did the right way, a nice paying job. Depending on the deal you can make more than $100/hour. The money you saved in one area can be spent in another. Happy Couponing.
