I took this coupon to Walgreens. The cashier at the cosmetic's counter told me she was sorry but Walgreens doesn't except Internet coupons. She said that I couldn't use this coupon. I asked for the manager. The manager told her to go ahead and use it this one time.
I hate when stores can't match up their stories on what they will or will not accept. I had a store local to my state stop accepting internet coupons all together. This was like 6 years ago- but, while the whole chain briefly stopped accepting them, the corporate offices were posting store specific internet coupons online for special deals on odd ball items. I got told I was trying to defraud the store by using them. I was so embarrassed! I told the guy to look it up on his own stores website before saying something like that to a costumer.

ReplyDeleteThe manager didn't even know about the coupon. I don't understand how you can be a manager and don't know what's going on at your job... They acted like I was giving them a fake $2 bill. Thanks for posting. Happy Couponing.
