Recently I emailed P&G questioning their reimbursement policy for these coupons that are price adjusted down to the selling price and here is their reply:
FYI: Beware !!! Coupons Are Not Scanning the Full Amount @ Target
Playa: Totally Target has a Post about Target's $10 Glitch.
After 45 minutes of Target's cashiers and LOD trying to scan my coupons for the full amount, I decided I just wasn't going to get my items. The coupon was bogo and the item was $2.99 but the coupon kept scanning $1.96.
NOTE* The cashiers were upset with me because I would not accept the $1.96.
